Waheen Institute of Industrial Science and Technology (WIIST) , formerly known as Dayah College, is a training and research institute registered in the Ministry of Education and Science (Registration Number: T050100011). The institute is established in October 2015 in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
The ultimate aim of the institute is to practically train university graduates on the latest industrial technologies and the management skills needed in the market. In addition to trainings, we conduct researches in production and manufacturing industries, energy, and infrastructure.
Together with the trainings and research, WIIST offers consultancy services in machineries, energy, feasibility studies, and project management.
The institute is equipped with latest educational laboratories in the fields of Automation, electronics, and electromechanical field Instruments.

Leeb Electromech is a consulting and contracting arm of Waheen Institute.
We supply, install and service solar power systems, water pumps, generators, manufacturing machines, and general electromechanical works.
We have well qualified and experienced engineers and technical personnel;
familiar with latest technology and managerial techniques, who are capable of carrying out and coordinating complex projects.
